He underwent a Whipple procedure and a six-day hospital stay.

Moss will follow up with chemotherapy and radiation treatment.

He urged others, especially Black men, to prioritize regular cancer screenings.

Moss has taken a leave of absence from his ESPN analyst role.

He plans to launch a fundraiser featuring "Let's Moss Cancer" t-shirts.
