Tisdale stopped bleaching her hair and using extensions to reduce damage.

"I started treating my hair better and not taking it for granted," she says.

She partnered with Pfizer to raise awareness about treatment options like Litfulo.

Although she doesn’t take the medication, she supports educating others.
