Doja Cat Sets Instagram Ablaze with Sizzling Summer Snaps
Summer is on the horizon, and Doja Cat is turning up the heat with her latest Instagram post.
The music sensation shared a series of snapshots on the platform, showcasing herself kneeling poolside in a sheer white thong swimsuit, accentuating her figure. Paired with sleek white sling-back heels, she simply captioned the steamy post with an ice cream emoji.
Continuing the vibe, Doja posted another set of photos in the same swimsuit, this time showing off her moves while crawling along a surfboard. Captioned with “IM TOO FAMOUUUUUUUSSSSSS,” she credited photographer Jacob Webster.
Fresh from her headline performance at Coachella, the 28-year-old star is gearing up for the international leg of her Scarlet Tour. Scheduled to headline various radio concerts, including Hot 97’s Summer Jam event, she’ll then embark on a series of shows and festival appearances across Europe, spanning England, Amsterdam, Italy, and more.
Doja Cat’s 2023 album, Scarlet, made waves by debuting at No. 4 on the Billboard 200 chart. Kicking off the Scarlet era with the release of “Attention” in June, the track peaked at No. 31 on the Billboard Hot 100. The accompanying music video, which teased the era’s horror-themed aesthetic, received six nominations at the 2023 MTV Video Music Awards, ultimately winning for best art direction. Following this, “Paint the Town Red,” the album’s debut radio single, captivated listeners with its infectious hook and lively Dionne Warwick-sampled beat. The song soared to the top spot on the Hot 100 chart, marking Doja Cat’s second solo No. 1 and the first hip-hop song to achieve this milestone in 2023.
