James Lafferty’s Shirtless American Eagle Photoshoot Sends Fans Into a Frenzy

If you haven’t watched One Tree Hill in a while, James Lafferty is here to reignite your crush on Nathan Scott with some steamy shirtless photos.

Lafferty recently did a basketball-themed photo shoot for American Eagle, promoting AE’s 24/7 Activewear Collection. These photos are giving us serious flashbacks to his days as the basketball star Nathan Scott on the CW drama, which aired from 2003 to 2012.

“It’s the oldest story in the world … Returning to the court in AE 24/7. @americaneagle #AEPartner,” the 38-year-old captioned on Instagram on Saturday, May 18.

His abs quickly caught the attention of his former One Tree Hill costars. “Bro you gotta warn the internet when you drop something like this!?” commented Sophia Bush, who played Brooke Davis. Hilarie Burton Morgan, who portrayed Peyton Sawyer, added, “What in the thirst trap is this?!?!?! James!!!!!!! Good Lord. Put a warning on stuff like this.” Bryan Greenberg, known as Jake Jagielski to OTH fans, initially commented “Damn kid! 😤.” When his wife, Jamie Chung, commented, “🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥 Buying all this for @bryangreenberg,” Greenberg jokingly replied, “@jamiejchung unfollow him immediately.”

Stephen Colletti (Chase Adams) chimed in with “Beast! 🔥🏋🏻🔥” while Robert Buckley (Clay Evans) added, “Get it, stud 💪🏻.”

While modeling the AEO 6″ StealthMode Boxer Brief, Lafferty also wore his wedding ring. He found his own Haley James Scott in wife Alexandra Park, whom he married in May 2022. Park shared her reaction to Lafferty’s post with emojis: “🆘🆘❤️❤️🙈🙈🙋🏻‍♀️🙋🏻‍♀️.”

His latest steamy photos dropped the same day he reunited with many One Tree Hill alums for a charity basketball game to benefit the V Foundation for cancer research. Lafferty joined former costars Colletti, Greenberg, Robbie Jones, Paul Johansson, Craig Sheffer, Tyler Hilton, Cullen Moss, Brett Claywell, Lee Norris, Antwon Tanner, and Texas Battle for the game at Laney High School in Wilmington, North Carolina — the real gym where many Tree Hill Ravens games were filmed.
