Magali Benejam Corte Crowned Miss Universe Argentina 2024: A Night of Triumph and History
Magali Benejam Corte, representing Córdoba, was crowned Miss Universe Argentina 2024 at the Auditorio de Belgrano in Buenos Aires on Saturday, May 25.
The 29-year-old model, actress, and astrology student surpassed 27 other contestants to secure the prestigious national title. She succeeds last year’s winner, Yamille Djoud.
Yoana Don of Santa Fe claimed the first runner-up position, while Selene Bublitz of Corrientes, Maria Jose Caram of Chaco, Ana Paula Brizuela of La Rioja, and Agostina Caute of Islas del Atlántico Sur were named the second, third, fourth, and fifth runners-up, respectively.
The pageant was hosted by former titleholder Julia Garcia, and among the top 15 semifinalists was Alejandra Rodriguez of Buenos Aires, who made history as the oldest competitor at 60 years old.
Miss Universe Argentina 2024 will now prepare to represent her country at the Miss Universe 2024 competition, scheduled to take place in Mexico later this year.
