Sean “Diddy” Combs has been denied bail for the third time since his arrest in September. Federal Judge Arun Subramanian, of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York, issued the ruling on Wednesday, November 27, citing the severity of the charges and the potential danger Combs poses to the community.

According to court documents obtained by PEOPLE, Combs faces charges including sex trafficking, forced labor, kidnapping, arson, and obstruction of justice. The allegations also involve the use of firearms, threats, and coercion as part of a decades-long criminal enterprise. The court determined that clear and convincing evidence showed no condition or combination of conditions could ensure the community’s safety if Combs were released.

The ruling referenced evidence such as video footage, victim text messages, and firearms with defaced serial numbers. Additionally, prosecutors pointed to Combs’ alleged violations of prison rules, including misuse of other inmates’ phone accounts, unmonitored three-way calls, and the use of unauthorized communication tools while in detention. These actions raised further concerns about the risk of witness tampering, an issue prosecutors have repeatedly emphasized.

Despite the defense team’s proposed conditions, which included strict monitoring and confinement to an Upper East Side apartment, Judge Subramanian expressed doubts about the reliability of such measures. The court also rejected claims from Combs’ legal team about inadequate detention conditions, noting that he had sufficient access to legal resources and time to prepare for his trial, scheduled for May 2025.

The charges against Combs stem from an alleged criminal operation, including orchestrating events described as “freak offs,” where women and male sex workers were reportedly coerced or forced to participate in explicit acts. Prosecutors have accused Combs of using his position and influence to target and intimidate potential witnesses, further justifying the court’s decision to deny bail.

While Combs continues to plead not guilty, his defense argues that the case against him is weak and previously sought his release on $50 million bail. However, with this latest ruling, he remains in custody as the case progresses.

In an interview with PEOPLE, Camila shared her perspective on the actor’s now-viral tuna salad, which he described in detail during an appearance on the 2 Bears, 1 Cave podcast. Matthew explained that his signature creation starts with “good tuna” and a base of mayonnaise mixed with wasabi, lemon, and vinegar. The recipe also includes an extensive list of additions like red onion, dill pickles, crispy jalapeños, apple, agave, corn, and frozen peas. According to Matthew, the key is letting it sit overnight, allowing the flavors to blend perfectly.

While the internet reacted with a mix of curiosity and disbelief, Camila vouched for her husband’s culinary skills. “He’s a master at the tuna fish salad,” she said, adding that attempts to replicate it don’t come close. Though she refrained from revealing too many details, she acknowledged, “It’s not just a traditional tuna salad. He puts all kinds of stuff in there.”

Cooking is a family affair in the McConaughey household. Camila explained that everyone, including their three children—Levi, 16, Vida, 14, and Livingston, 11—contributes in the kitchen. “Even my 11-year-old cooks Sunday breakfast,” she said. While grilling is Matthew’s specialty, Camila often handles game-day meals, especially during University of Texas football games, a family tradition.

Camila, who recently partnered with Crock-Pot, shared that having the right tools helps her balance cooking with family time. “When I’m in the kitchen while everyone is watching the game, it can feel like I’m missing out. When asked if he gets more requests for professional favors or Swift concert tickets, Jason shared, “Thankfully, I don’t get a lot of people reaching out for Taylor Swift tickets… it’s an immediate no.” He clarified that his response isn’t due to any unwillingness from Taylor to accommodate such requests. In fact, he noted, “Taylor has said she will take care of anybody that I ask for. She’s great, but I still say no to everybody.”

She revealed that Magic was adopted from California Doodle Rescues, a non-profit dedicated to rescuing, fostering, and rehoming mixed-breed poodles. Real Housewives of Miami star Alexia Nepola recently shared an update regarding her relationship with her husband Todd Nepola after he filed for divorce earlier this year.

At the 2024 Bravo Fan Fest, Alexia told PEOPLE, “Todd and I are trying to figure things out. We’re still working on getting better, getting stronger, and figuring it out because we really do love each other a lot.” She added, “We’re seeing each other and learning to love each other better.”

Todd filed for divorce on April 11, and shortly after, Alexia expressed her shock and heartbreak on Instagram, saying, “I am shocked and heartbroken Todd has chosen to dissolve our marriage.” Several months later, she revealed that the couple is no longer living together. “It’s good because we’ve had time apart. I think that helped us realize that we really do want to be with each other and we can’t live without each other,” she explained. “It’s just learning a way to deal with all of this.”

Barbara Palvin knows exactly what she hopes to receive from her husband, Dylan Sprouse, this holiday season.

“My dream gift would be for him to build an entire room with storage space for all my holiday decorations,” Palvin, 31, shared during the Revolve Holiday Shop event at The Grove in Los Angeles.

She elaborated, “I just packed up my Halloween decorations — about ten big boxes — and now I’m pulling out all my Christmas stuff. I love celebrating every holiday.”

While Palvin is enthusiastic about decorating, Sprouse, 32, playfully pointed out, “We don’t have any storage left in the house.”

Thanksgiving has been a relatively new experience for Palvin, who grew up in Budapest, Hungary. Despite this, she’s embraced the holiday as another opportunity to decorate. “Thanksgiving is new for me,” Sprouse said, and Palvin added, “But it’s just another reason for me to get festive.”

She also noted that Christmas traditions in Hungary differ from those in the U.S. “In Hungary, Saint Nicholas Day is on December 4th,” she explained. “Santa comes then and leaves toys in the window or your shoes.”

However, celebrating the holidays far from her family overseas isn’t always easy for the model. “It’s a challenging time because we’re here, though my sister is now in L.A. too,” she shared, referencing her sister, Anita Palvin.

Reflecting on meaningful traditions from her childhood, Palvin recalled a unique family practice. “Every four years, we had to hand-make our gifts. No spending money — just crafting and DIY. My dad was always the most creative,” she said fondly.

“One year, he collected chestnuts and little sticks and made tiny figurines by gluing them together,” she reminisced.
